Return Policy
Items purchased online may be returned by mail in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days. Please use link below and include whether it is an exchange or return, as well as your order number in the subject line.
- Item(s) that are returned must be unwashed and with the company tag still attached.
- Free shipping for items returned for store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Closeout or Sale items priced 40% or more below standard retail price are non-returnable.
- Returns after 30 days - If customer returns product(s) purchased from official SEAGRASS CLOTHING CO. e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued
All product sales are intended for retail / “end user” customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. The resale of any products purchased SEAGRASS CLOTHING COMPANY’S e-commerce site without the express prior written consent of SEAGRASS CLOTHING COMPANY, INC., in each instance, is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that SEAGRASS determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of SEAGRASS. SEAGRASS may refuse to sell any products to any person that SEAGRASS believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.
